How to track my order?
Please use the tracking number we sent you via the Shipping Notification email to track your order.
- Click Select the Carrier/Postal service for your country/zone below. You will be directed to their website tracking page.
- On their tracking page, ENTER the tracking number for your order ( ex: LL052900339PT ).
If the tracking result reads: "Shipping Preparing Parcel" or "Not Found". It neans Carrier has not yet updated data. Please check again within 24 hours.
If you did not receive a trackig number, please Login to your account to check on your order status or to obatain the Tracking Nunber. Alternatively feel free to contact our Customer Service folks via email.
